Raclette cheese

Do you remember the scene in "Heidi, Girl of the Alps" that Heidi eats melting cheese.
It's called "Raclette cheese."

I found a restaurant and tried it recently.
There was a special hot plate for Raclette cheese.
Place the cheese on the first plate.

Pour the melted cheese on sausages or vegetables.

Then.... THIS!

Oh, it was soooooo nice!

I want to try it again.
