Vegan Dish

Hello, everyone.
This is Maiko Yamada from Shimbashi Business Garden.


I visited a Vegan dish the other day.
I have been interested in this restaurant though I am not vegetarian.

The restaurant's policy is that " this place where you can trace back to your origin.
embrace and bless yourself with our love."

Do you know Vegan?
There are several types of Vegetarians.
Vegan is no use meat, fish, milk, and eggs.

Please see as below; it looks like chicken but it is soy meat.
It didn't taste like chicken. Not bad:)
I would prefer chicken rather than soy meat.;)
