Vegan Dish

I visited a Vegan dish the other day.
I have been interested in this restaurant though I am not vegetarian.

The restaurant's policy is that " this place where you can trace back to your origin.
embrace and bless yourself with our love."

Do you know Vegan?
There are several types of Vegetarians.
Vegan is no use meat, fish, milk, and eggs.

Please see as below; it looks like chicken but it is soy meat.
It didn't taste like chicken. Not bad:)
I would prefer chicken rather than soy meat.;)

You can bring your drink like alcohol from your house for a charge of 500 yen.

It's really reasonable, isn't it!?

Of course raw oysters are so yummy.

I especially love "Iwa-gaki"(Japanese oysters). They are really really creamy!

Black Sheep

Hi, this is Shibuya Business Garden.

Black Sheep is the name of a bar located in Shibuya.

The unique thing of this bar is that the master is a dog, Shiba inu,
the smallest of the six original and distinct spitz breeds of dog from Japan.

No camera flash in side of the bar.

Suntory beer factory!

Hello everyone! This is Takashima from Shinjuku Business Garden.

I guess most people who are working at Japanese companies have came back to work from the Bon holidays by now. I hope you all had a great time with your friends and family.

I went to a Suntory's beer factory in Kyoto during the holidays, and it was so much fun! They offer free tours at their breweries and wineries in several locations in Japan.

The inside of the factory looks like this:

I also had 3 glasses of beer that have been just brewed at the factory for free at the end of the tour!

Assai Juice!

Hello, everyone.

We have gotten Assai palm drink and food.
Assai is a group of Arecaseae.

Night Walking Event

Hi!

This is Ryoko from Yostuya Business Garden.

How was your weekend!?
I went to Komoro in Nagano prefecture on my summer holiday.

Komoro is famous for "Komoro soba noodle".



This soba noodle restaurant is well-known in Komoro and I had to wait in the long queue.

The reason why I came here is this!

I joined the walking event called "Asama Star Cross Walk 2013".
In this event, we climb the Mt. Asama up to the 2000m height.
We started at 7 o'clock at night and saw stars in the sky.

This time, almost 1200 people joined!

I chose to walk 17km course and it was quite hard.
It took me 4 hours to get to the goal.

I saw beautiful sunrise.

Near the goal, there was a hot spring!

It was great!!

Then, the second day in Komoro, I rode in a rickshaw the first time in my life.

He explained about the historical event of the place and the castle.

The view from the seat was like this!
It was very comfortable:)

Zushi Beach

Hi!

This is Ryoko from Yostuya Business Garden.

The temperature of Tokyo is too TOO high in these days.

Did you go to the beach this year?

One of our customers runs a beach hut at Zushi beach in Kanagawa prefecture.

I went out there with my friend.

It was the day that the sunshine was horribly strong.
So, I decided to arrive there after five o'clock.

"LaLa HOUSE" was very clean and cute beach hut!

Normally, you have to pay for the space as an entrance charge, however, you only pay for foods at LaLa HOUSE.  

Here you can eat special menu that a popular TV program "Handsome man Cooking" shows on TV.

They were really delicious!!

He was a staff of LaLa HOUSE. He gave me a nice smile!

SEMBIKIYA!

Hello everyone! This is Takashima from Shinjuku Business Garden.

It's been super hot these days, and I heard that it hit the hottest temperature ever recorded in Shikoku.

So, one of our clients at Shibuya Business Garden brought us a sweet cold gift to the office yesterday!

It's a Panna Cotta topped with sweet diced melons from a very famous fruit shop SEMBIKIYA.
It was delicious and kept the heat off for a while : )

Dagashi Bar

Hi!

There are so many types of unique restaurants and bars in Japan.

This is one of them.

"Dagashi Bar" is the cheap sweets bar where you can eat sweets as much as you want for 500yen!

All of them reminded me of my nostalgic childhood memories.
I especially liked dried squids!!

Very old style of Japanese  wooden house.

Commonly used items in Japan ①Japanese fan

Hello, This is Meg from Business GardenYotsuya Annex.

I would like to tell you the some goods that Japanese people commonly use but I think they are not so often used in the other countries.

In summer, many Japanese people, especially older people, use the Japanese fan.In Japan, all regions except Hokkaido are very high humidity in summer, so we need to use fans

I have three Japanese fans,　but usually I use a deep blue fan.

 The fans are very useful because you can fold and put into your bags or pockets when you are not using them.

This fan's patterns are similar to the traditional pattern in Okinawa, called 'Bingata' I love ‘Bingata’ very much, but I don't have a products printed on  the real Bingata  pattern because of the high price.

'Bingata' pattern was for the king and royal families in the Ryukyu age
Nowadays, many women wear the kimono of 'Bingata' pattern.

Anyway, Japanese fans are wonderful item, easy to carry, eco-friendly　(not use electricity)!

Dumpling Dumpling Dumpling!!

Hello! this is Takashima from Shinjuku Business Garden.

I was working at a Chinese dumpling restaurant for six years when I was a student, and I still miss the pot stickers and dumplings served at the restaurant sometimes.

So on last Saturday after work, I met up with my housemate in Takadanobaba and went to a Chinese dumpling place called Sekkomon. It was actually our second time to go to the place, and we are already kind of addicted to their pan fried dumplings and steamed soup-filled dumplings!

Our most favorite plate is the big pan fried dumplings (30 pcs for only 1000 yen!) in the picture.
HMMM......... YUM!!!!
It's my most favorite restaurant in Takadanobaba so far : )
