I found "PET BAR" on the street at some spots.

Doggies can drink water for free. 

It's very dog-friendly town!

I went to Roppongi to see this illumination.

Only two weeks left until year-end.
I know everyone is getting busy!

1 day trip to Nikko

Hello, this is Yotsuya Business Garden.

As title, I went to Nikko by the local train last week.
It was the second time since I went to there with elementary school trip.

I just walked to Nikko Toshogu after arriving at Tobu Nikko station.

The first photo is entrance gate of Toshogu.
You can enter by the trii gate for free.







This is a famous gate, Yomei-mon.
There are a lot of gold decoration and sculpture
on the gate.






The third one is grave of Ieyasu Tokugawa,
political leader in the Edo period.
It's the top of Toshogu and the its face is
direction to Tokyo (formerly Edo)






Unfortunately, autumn leaves had already done because of high altitude.
Actually, I wanted to go a hot spring, but it was impossible to go to more
mountain side on same day.
 
If I have an opportunity, I want to go an 1 day trip in Kanto area.

Pope in Japan

Hello, this is Yotsuya Business Garden.

Today, 23rd Nov, is a Labor Thanksgiving day.
In this year case, the National holiday is Saturday,
so we can't take a three day off😓

According to a news, the Pope come today and stay for few days in Japan.
I found a signboard at an intersection in front of the Yotsuya station.

translation ; Welcome to Japan! Pope Francis

Probably, Sophia university or St. Ignatius Church are on the opposite
side of the Yotsuya station and Pope is going to visit Sophia university
on the last day of stay.

Pope comes to Japan for the first time in thirty-eight years,
it will be a special weekend.

a grilled Pacific saury

Hello, this is Yotsuya Business Garden.

It's fine Autumn weather in these days🌞

I wrote a blog about Autumn foods before, mainly sweets.
In this time, I write a Pacific saury.

I have watched a news on newspaper or online about
a poor catch of it in this season.
However, a news of catching it was on the top page of
newspaper last weekend.

So, I bought a pack of raw Pacific saury and ate grilled it
for the first time in this season.

It was big one and taste was so good with a lot of fat😋
For me, eating a Pacific saury is the most pleasure after all
in Autumn.

It's was a little bit expensive comparing few years ago.
If it will be affordable, I want to eat it once more.

This Sunday is the national Holiday, Culture day.
It's an anniversary that a birthday of Emperor Meiji once.
In nowadays, it seems to be a day to love freedom and peace
and promote culture.

Anyway,  we gave some gifts from our customer who went to
Spain for business trip😆

I have taken a trip to Spain few years ago.
Spanish foods is really good and there are many world heritage site. 
It's a one of country that I want to go once again.

Harajuku

Hello, this is Yotsuya Business Garden.

Did you watch the live video of Emperor throne ceremony?
I thought that it was symbolized Japanese tradition.

By the way, I met a my high school friend on last Sunday.
We took a walk to Harajuku from around the New National Stadium.
For us, this area is really nostalgic because of close to our home school.

The New National Stadium looked almost complete😮
My friend is going to go a opening ceremony of it in December.

Then, we walked to Harajuku.
There are many young people, tourists, and tapioca drink shops!
And there are some unique items.
We found color cones with the shape of a jizo😄

Probably, there are a lots of interesting items in Harajuku.
I'll take a walk different area and find a unique items.

Autumn of spots & appetite

Hello, this is Yotsuya Business Garden.

This weekend is three consecutive holidays again!!
This Monday is the Sports Day Holiday,
it's 10th of October previously and the memorial day that
opening date of 1964 Tokyo Olympic🎽

In my case, I eat some new Autumn sweets without exercising😅
My favorite of the Autumn foods is sweet potato, chestnut and pumpkin💕
I have bought these sweets as my lunch dessert
at the nearby convenience store, LAWSON.

I haven't eaten a pumpkin sweet in this season yet,
so I want to eat a pumpkin pudding or pumpkin pie😋

a bug repellent spray

Hello, this is Yotsuya Business Garden.

In spite of October, it's hot during the day and
there are few days like an autumn season.

That's why I see a mosquito in our office or around Yotsuya BG😱

I bought a bug repellent spray last month
because I was bitten by a lot of mosquito on the same day😂

I like this smell like lemongrass, so I always carry it in my bag.
Probably I haven't been bitten by their in recent days.(maybe...)

I hope it's seem a little more cooler and
a mosquito activity will be end.

Saitama Seibu Lions Pacific League Champion

Hello from Yotsuya Business Garden.
How is going in these days?

In my case, the Saitama Seibu Linons, a professional baseball team,
won the tournament league on last Tuesday, so it was exciting!

I have supported them because of my local baseball team.
In this season, I have gone watching their game twice at Metlife Dome,
their home stadium.

Compared with Major League of US, a professional baseball in Japan
liven up the enthusiastic cheers.
I don't really know their cheers, so I'm going to memorize it until
playoff on next month.

Then, I hope that the Lions advance to the Japan Series and win
championship in 2019.

This weekend is three consecutive holidays again!
Japanese calendar has many holidays😅

This Monday is the Autumn Equinox Day,
it seems to respect for ancestor and commemorate someone's death.
Most of Japanese eat "Ohagi"(おはぎ), kind of Japanese sweet,
is covered a sticky rice with red beans paste.

Now a day, we can buy it easily at supermarket or somewhere.

I had liked it made by my grandmother....

Anyway, it will be raining during this weekend.

I went to a brass band concert on last Saturday.
A friend of mine plays the saxophone of Toshiba brass band.
