"Dassai" is one of the popular sake among sake lovers.
 The brewery is placed deep in the mountains in Yamaguchi prefecture.

I went there with my family during my summer holiday.



This is a direct sell store!
I found dassai sake ice cream! It was really delicious.

This is a tour. Washing rice.

The process of being fermenting.
The smell of this room was so sweet and fruity.

I tried to taste all kinds of sake!
