A tuna filleting event!

Hi,this is Sakura from Shinjuku Business Garden.

I went to a sushi-go-round restaurant calls choshi maru with my family the other day.
Luckily,we could see a tuna filleting event by chance for the first time.
A sushi chef cut up a whole tuna.He's so cool!
              
He cut a tuna completely in half.
I wonder how many servings of sushi could be prepared from one big tuna.
 Of course we ordered that fresh tuna;)Tasted really good!
