Suppon dish

Hello, how are you?

Do you know a Suppon?
It is a soft shell turtle and very famous for a nabe(hot pot) dish.

It was sooo yum but some dishes looked ... X(
Do you know what it is?----Suppon eggs!!

That's exactly the bizarre food!!
Of course, I ate all but couldn't try a blood from suppon.
Anyway I really enjoyed suppon, and I would like to try that again without blood!
