Ramen, a Japanese noodle dish

Hi, This is Ryoko from Shimbashi Business Garden.

When you first come to Japan, I recommend you to eat Ramen!
There are a number of Ramen restaurants in Japan and each of them has different tastes.
Pork-based, fish-based, miso-based, soy sauce-based, vegetable-based and so on.
In addition, the ingredients and noodles are different.

Today I introduce you "Kikyo" which serves "Tsukemen".

They serve two bowls of cold noodles and hot soup individually.
Take noodles by chopsticks and dip them into the soup.
It's really yummy!
It has very strong taste of pork and fish soup, and I really liked it!

See you on next Thursday.
