Tori-no-ichi

Hi, this is hitomi @ Shinjuku Business garden.

In November, Huge fesitival is held at Hanazono shrine in Shinjuku.
Tori-no-ichi is like a open air market selling Engi-Kumade(lucky charm)
and pray for prosperity of the next year.

I visited Tori no ichi at Hanazono shirine last Saturday.
Look! I couldn't walk straight and too hard to buy a street food.
There were so many people and which made a long queue for praying.

Of course I bought a Engi-Kumade which was a bit bigger than last year!
Bigger kumade means progress, better life and success in business next year.
I make a wish for good life, making more money and etc.etc.  on my kumade.
Anyway I really enjoyed Tori no ichi!
