DASSAI -Sparkling Nigori Sake-

Today I show you one of my favourite Japanese sake.

This is Dassai Sparkling Nigori, which is quite popular brand among sake lovers.
Sparkling ones are especially rare. Its taste is really sweet and light.

You MUST be careful when you open it!

And it's great to eat with sasimi!!
