Stopping by Zojoji, the main temple of the Jodo-su of Buddhism, there is a garden of Children Jizou.
These stone statues are called Children's Jizou.
They are care guardian of deities of children dedicated for the safety growth of children and for the memorial service for still birth or miscarried children.
Each jizou wears a knit cap to protect from the coldness.
The temple is close to Tokyo tower so that you can visit the tower and the temple on the same day!
