Girl's Festival "Hina Matusri" coming up on March 3rd

March 3rd is the day to celebrate growth of young girls.
(Celebration day for young boys is May 5th.)

If you have daughters, display dolls called hina ningyo at home.

They are beautiful like the picture below.

You need lots of time and effort to display these dolls though it is nice to see them just once in a year!

Miraikan in Odaiba

Hello everyone!

Today i will talk about Miraikan in Odaiba!!!

In this museum you can see and learn the latest science and the nature.

I was really excited to see a show of ASHIMO!!!

He can dance and run so fast!!!!

is very cute!!

but when i see the other robot i was screamed !!

he never say anything but only see us wherever we stand!!!

Toppogi!!!

It was a little bit hot but tasted really good.

I catch up with my friends when I visited in Italy.

We had these gelato with cream,chocolate,candied fruit,

Looks small but it is not,I couldn't eat all.

I prefer just gelato....(without too much cream,etc)

Italian gelato is really taste good.

There you can enjoy the real British tea and traditional poring style of cafe au lait.
Poring milk and coffee from the high position (about the height of our face) is quit entertaining to see.

They sold aged cheese,like 6 months,12,24,48,up to 60 months!

Do you know these kind of cheese?

I don't like strong smelling cheese like gorgonzola.

They have many more kind of stinky one,
I tried one of those cheese,
After all,I don't like it.

They are Banana men and they sell banana neaby the port.

It's called "Banana no Tatakiuri" and it's quit interesting to see.

Love Lobster!!!!

Hello everyone!!

I went to LUKE'S in Omotesan-do!!!

to eat Lobster sandwich!!

I've waited about 2 hours ( I know I'm so crazy) to eat Lobster!

I ate Lobster Roll (US size) the biggest one! lol

soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yum!!!!

my friend ate half and half (club and lobster)

we danced because of too yummy!!!!

I saw a huge grape farm from the car window in North Italy.

Then I arrived at,,,Small salami factory!!!

It was just before Christmas,they made PIG shape salami

How many kind of Salami do you know?


I always see Salami and Cheese on Italian table.
These foods are very yummy but we have to be careful about salt and fat!

Hi, everyone!


Did you know number of restaurants for vegans are increasing in Tokyo area?

I heard many vegan tourists from foreign countries have difficulty with finding a vegan restaurant in Japan.

I found one of them in Shinjuku and went there for lunch.
It is called "Mr. Farmer."

They have fresh salads, vegetable sandwiches, fruits and cold press juices as well as meat dishes.

What do you think this hamburger is made of?
It is not meet but the big size mushroom called "Giga mash."

It reminds me of the portobello mushroom hamburger which I had in Arizona 5 years ago.

It was so good.
I even went there to eat it 3 times in 5 days during my stay in Arizona!

Is there any old style butcher near your house?

They usually sell also salad,cooked vegetable,and deep fried foods.

I found that Italian butcher sell deli too.

Some eggplant(aubergine),pepper,peas...

Lasagna,Tortellini(small pasta,similar to dumpling)

If I have a chance I want to try these foods next time.
