Okay I introduce you again about Merano in Italy..
There is a FORST beer factory and restaurant.
I had a traditional dish in this place.
First I took 1L of beer,really heavy and need both hands to lift.
Then main traditional dish!!!!
5-6 piece of pork spare ribs,pork knuckle(1kg?!),2-3 wienerwursts
sauerkraut and Canederli(or Knodel is boiled dumpling made from flour and bread)
Mamma mia!This is 1 serve....unbelievable
Taste is really really wonderful,
And price is not so crazy.I had very nice dinner,
