Phantom meat

Hi,this is Sakura from Shinjuku Business Garden.

I had a chance to eat the high quality meat called chateaubriand steak for the first time last week.

Very rare and valuable, so that it's said the meat of this portion is in the high class.

And also it's said that chateaubriant is phantom meat!

It's so tasty, tender and looks beautiful too!XD

I really want to eat it again sometime...!!!
