How to rent your own office at Business Garden! -No.4 "How to apply for our office"-

Hello, This is Yuki at Shinjuku Business Garden.

How was your weekend?
We had very big typhoon attack last Sunday!
 I was safe at home, but many people had hard time getting home
because most of the train stopped due to the typhoon.

Last week, I wrote why people choose our rental office!
This week, I would like to write about How to apply for our office
for the next step!

First of all, we ask all customers to visit our office for room viewing.

After you decide which room you will rent,
you need to fill in the application form and turn it in with

(For business related individuals)
1. Company registration certificate
2. Identity card
3. Certificate of seal impression(If you have)

(For private individuals)
1. Identity card,
2. Certificate of residence

Then, It will take 1 or 2 days for our head quarter to review these documents
you will turn in.

For making the contract, please bring your...

1. Stamp(If you don't have it. Signature will be fine)
2. Rent for the first month.
3. Customer's deposit.(same amount with your rent)

No other extra money is needed! Even the customer's deposit, we will
fully refund after 6 months of your rental.

As you can see, our application is very simple!
That is another reason, people choose us!
