Bread fad

Hello, how are you on this weekend?

Do you know a fad of high grade plain bread in recent years?

I got a bread of Ginza Nishikawa(銀座に志かわ) that is one of famous
high grade plain bread last Saturday.

It's really soft texture and good taste😋

According to the explanation, it goes better with a Japanese side dishes,
so I bought a pork cutlet and ate with sandwich!

There are many bakery of high grade plain bread in Japan.
If you have a chance, please try eating like plain bread.
