One of our clients recommended us this restaurant located just behind the building of Yotsuya Business Garden. It takes 4-5 minutes walk from Annex.

You can have all these plates for just 1,000 yen at lunch time!
A cup of coffee or tea comes after.
The restaurant is small and always crowded during lunch time.
They open at 11:30 except Sunday.
It maybe a good idea to be there at 11:30!
