I went to the Vitamix lecture class again the other day.

I learned the use of blender in my dairy cooking.

Nuts paste (it was really easy to make!)

Frozen mixed berry juice



Nutty sorbet

Mixed berry with cream cheese ice cream!
I really loved this!
Sugar free but very sweet taste.
