Japanese ramen, noodles in soup, became such a popular food in overseas these days.
I guess the most favorite ramen soup is Tonkotsu among foreigners, but I like simple salt soup!

Menya Kaijin is one of the best salt ramen restaurants.
I ordered ramen with hard clams.

The firm clams are really a big size!
