How did you spend the New Year's holiday?
I spent the New Year's Day at home with my family.
We ate special dishes called Osechi(Japanese traditional food) and rice-cake soup and enjoyed reading New Year's cards from friends.
And also I went to shrines to make a wishes for the New Year（Hatsumode in Japanese）.
I'll write about it next week.
