Sumida-gawa Cruise!

Hi, This is Ryoko from Yotsuya Business Garden.

The season of Sakura (cherry blossoms) has come and they start to bloom.

It's so nice to go out and walk around!

I had a day off on this Tuesday and went here!

Do you know this place?
Yes, it's Sumida-gawa (Sumida river) near from Asakusa.
You can see the Tokyo Sky Tree and unique buildings.
The one in the centre looks like a huge mug of beer with froth on it.

Anyway, what I want to show you is a ship (looks like a little spaceship)!
It's called "Himiko", the water bus produced by Leiji Matsumoto who is renowned as the best Japanese cartoonist.

You can enjoy the cruise of 50 minutes.

It was very warm day and the sunshine came in to the ship.

Most passengers fell in sleep. Of course me too.

Very stylish and sophisticated!

I especially loved the control room.
It was really like a spaceship!!
