There are many delicious restaurant around Shibuya Business Garden.
A few days ago, I visit eel restaurant "Hyottoko-ya" in Shibuya Culture Center Owada.
I like it because they have many tempting dainty.
For example, eel bowl, ginger flavored slices of fried pork, chicken bowl and so on.
You can also add various other food (salad or drinks) to the extra cost.
After lunch, if you have more time, you'd like to see planetarium right above.
