Today is "Ushi no hi"

Hello.　This is Shinjuku Business Garden.

Today is one of "Ushi no hi" (cow's day) in this summer.
I don't know the exact mean... but
we usually eat eel (not eat beef) as our custom.

So I ate eel for lunch today!
Now I feel I got more energy from the food.
