Today, I'd like to write about our group company, Hotel Continental Fuchu.
I visited there for dinner Last week.
In this hotel, you can have vegetables which have been grown carefully by Tohoku-Bokujo.
It is one of our group company as well, and they also produce special eggs named Shindofuji.
Puddings made from Shindofuji 『Ao-dama』(Left) and 『Aka-dama』(Right).
It was interesting to compare the different tastes.
I preferred Ao-dama pudding. It was more creamy and soft.
