Do you like "Miso Soup"?

Hello!
This is Yuki from Shinjuku Business Garden.

What do you have for breakfast?
Bread and butter?
Cereal and milk?

My breakfast is...Miso soup, natto(fermented soybeans) and rice!
This is very typical Japanese breakfast.
Well, I'll say my morning has to start with Miso soup!
Miso soup is my energy source! :D

Have you tried Miso soup?
Do you like it?

I just like it too much and start making Miso by myself!

Let me show you how to make homemade Miso.
It's so easy!

1. mix salt, boiled soybeans and rice malt together.
Try to squish each soybeans to make them paste form.

2. make them into small balls and....throw the balls into container!
this is to avoid containing any air inside the container when you put Miso to it.

3. This is it!
You just have to wait for about 10 months till its ready to eat!

See you next week!

Yuki
