When I stopped by Cafe Moscow in Kichijoji the other night, the landlady gave me a package of rusk that tastes good with wine!
Gouter de ROI is well known for sweet rusks and its factory is located in Gunma.
The rusk named Gouter de ROI sommelier is not sweet but spicy and cheesy favor that really matches the taste of wine.
If you like wine, I recommend you to try this. You can buy them at their online shop.
By the way, I had cresson and tomato salad and pinchos with a small glass of sparkling wine.
Though I can't drink alcohol, I kind of like the flavor and enjoy how it sparkle in the mouth.
