As I have shown in my blog, I've been to several pancake shops recently.
This time, I went to "bills" which is well-known with branch.
The owner was christened 'egg master' by New York Times.

I chose scrambled organic eggs and toast from bills classic menu.

It was creamy and tasty!
Then I also chose ricotta hotcakes, fresh banana and honeycomb butter.

It was really delicious!

I recommend you to make a reservation if you go on holiday.
