Today I would like to introduce you gyoza, ground meat and vegetables filling wrapped into
rolled piece of dough.
I went to Utsunomiya where is famous for gyoza and had lots of them.
West side of JR train station a gyoza event space.
Many stores are gathered in this space so that you can taste
different kind of goyoza at the same time.
I liked the shrimp soup gyoza the most!
